At present, Filing Karo India does not charge any cancellation fee for transactions that are cancelled prior to the commencement of the service. However, no cancellation is allowed once the service has commenced, and no refund likewise is available for failure to avail the services after initiation.
Refund for cancellation shall be equivalent to the amount received in Indian rupees. Refund shall only be made in Indian rupees and through the same payment facility used at the time of payment, like NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
No cancellation charges are levied by Filing Karo India at this time, but we reserve the right to impose charges at any time in future. Even in cases where cancellations are done within the stipulated time, Filing Karo India reserves the right to withhold the payment amount and deny refund if such transactions were made for fraudulent reasons, including, but not restricted to intentions such as misuse of our services, booking without any real purpose of using the services, or for such other reasons as to deny Filing Karo India from carrying out its business.
All refunds shall be processed to the same account from which payment was received and shall be done within 5 working days from the date following the date of cancellation of the service.
Refund for cancelled services shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Filing Karo India in case of any misuse by you.
Filing Karo India reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions or transaction price which Filing Karo India may receive from an individual valid credit/debit/cash card/valid bank account, and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process transactions exceeding such limit.
Filing Karo India reserves the right to refuse to process transactions by buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by buyer with Filing Karo India or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by issuing bank or breach of any policy.
Filing Karo India may initiate any such action as it may deem fit to protect its interests or those of any intermediary, if it suspects the transactions to be suspicious or fraudulent and may report and involve such government agencies as needed.
In the event of multiple payments being made against the same transaction, Filing Karo India shall refund the excess payment within 5 working days of such a mistake being brought to our notice by you and being confirmed by the third-party payment gateway provider and the bank.
