Filing Karo India will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed within the voluntarily provided community and social media platform. Filing Karo India is not required to provide notice, and reserves all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect Filing Karo India’s brand and image integrity.
The services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.
We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website or service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Use of the services booked by you shall be subject to you further complying with terms of use specified by the service provider. Mere payment of confirmation by Filing Karo India does not guarantee the right to admission or use of the services provided by the service provider.
The price, use of services, provision of amenities and other facilities etc., are contractual obligations between the service provider and you and merely using the Filing Karo India platform for transacting and completing the booking mechanism does not in any way make us liable for denial of any services by the service provider or for non-provision of any of the amenities or facilities whether in part or full.
By using the payment facility on the website, you have specifically authorized Filing Karo India to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and/or the transaction price electronically to and from other users. Your relationship with Filing Karo India is on a principal to principal basis and by accepting these terms of use you agree that Filing Karo India is an independent contractor for all purposes.
It is understood, accepted, and agreed that the payment facility provided by Filing Karo India is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online payment for receiving payments through different modes for the transactions on the Filing Karo India website using third-party payment gateway networks. Further, by providing the payment facility, Filing Karo India is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction or the transaction price.
By entering into a transaction, you understand that you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the service provider for their services using the payment facility, and you shall pay the transaction price through your issuing bank to the service provider using the payment facility.
You understand that the payment facility may not be available in full or in part for certain services, or for certain service providers, or for bookings during certain periods of the year.
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning service delivery and ongoing payments. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased service as per terms agreed upon. You agree and understand that access to the service may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the service. You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against Filing Karo India when there are reasonable delays in the access of the service.
You acknowledge that Filing Karo India is not responsible for honoring any confirmed bookings and reservations made by you, or making available any alternate services for you. When you enter into an arrangement with a service provider with respect to a service, you agree and acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement with the service provider, and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions associated with such service as imposed by the service provider. You acknowledge and agree Filing Karo India is not, and shall not be construed as a party to such agreements and disclaims all liability arising from or related to any such agreements.
Upon completion of a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation of the same along with details of payments made (if any) on the screen of your computer/mobile device. Additionally, details shall be emailed to you at the email address provided by you during the booking process or shall be communicated to you via a message to the mobile phone number which has been used for the booking. All such communication shall be sent to you within 24 hours of booking the service. Filing Karo India also allows you to log on and check, retrieve, print, cancel all your existing bookings on the website.
Filing Karo India may terminate these terms for any reason at any time. Filing Karo India reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to and use of the website, with or without prior notice. Otherwise applicable sections of the terms shall survive termination. In addition to any termination rights, we reserve the right to enforce and prosecute any violations of these terms.
Filing Karo India reserves the right to terminate the service, and/or access to certain features of the service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but are not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.
A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
We endeavor to describe and display the service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the service, please do not accept that the website is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
